What The One & Co. is

We are a marketplace that connects couples planning a wedding with venues and vendors in South Africa. Listings are created from information supplied by the businesses themselves. We review listings before publishing, but the businesses remain responsible for the accuracy of their own details, pricing and photos.

Enquiries are not bookings

Sending an enquiry through the site starts a conversation with a venue or vendor — it does not reserve a date, confirm availability, or create a contract. Any booking you subsequently make is an agreement directly between you and that business.

For couples

• Browsing and enquiring is free, and always will be.
• Prices shown are indicative brackets supplied by the business — always confirm final pricing with them directly.
• Use the site honestly: no spam, no scraping, no misuse of the businesses' contact details.

For venues & vendors

• By applying, you confirm the information and photos you submit are yours to use and accurate.
• Listings are subject to review; we may decline or remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading, or inconsistent with the marketplace's standards.
• Listing plans and pricing are shown at the time of application; the trial period and billing terms are confirmed with you before any payment is taken.

Our liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". The One & Co. is not a party to agreements between couples and businesses and is not liable for the services those businesses provide. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under South African consumer protection law.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by South African law. Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. If we update these terms, the new version appears here with a new effective date. Questions: hello@theoneandco.co.za.
